Terms of Service

By using this service, you agree to:

1. Purchases and refunds

Once a purchase is made and you've received the model, no refund will be provided.

2. Model modifications

No ripping any model, you can add a badge to a skin etc I have no issue with that however ripping the model is forbidden and will result in a ban.

3. Setup purchases

When purchasing the setup, you will get asked some questions, this will help decide if the sale goes through or not. Please do not be offended if you get rejected.

4. Reselling models and skins

No reselling any model or skin.

5. Donated products

Donation Terms: If a product is donated to be used in a server. It can only be used for the duration that you are in the server. Once you leave the server the products donated must be removed. This is to prevent mass donating and leaking.

6. Payments

Payments to be made via the website, however if for whatever reason you can't, please open a ticket and I may be able to provide an alternative.

7. Skins and setups

Skins can be sold as well as setups, if you want to use these for an order, please state beforehand.

8. Development resources and team rights

Any development resources must not be shared without permission, team rights are specifically not automatically given.

9. Leaking, trading and swapping

Any model is not allowed to be leaked, traded or swapped with another model.

10. Pricing

Prices are fixed unless it's a multibuy or there is a sale on where the sale price is also fixed.

11. Unlocked assets and materials

Any unlocked stuff sold must only be resold or released in a locked state on a model or as a model.You also cannot use or take materials or textures for your own models etc.

12. Minimum vehicle price

If you use any of our development assets on a locked vehicle, the minimum price for the vehicle must be at least £10 GBP.

13. Custom orders and exclusivity

Any custom order is not always exclusive and maybe listed, you can have a timed exclusive but full exclusiveness is not available, a small fee will occur for a timed period.

14. Keeping your files safe

Any file sent after purchase is at your responsibility to keep safe, I will resend if you've lost them but for whatever reason I've lost the files, I won't be able to send/remake them.

15. Encrypted and escrowed files

Any files that have been encrypted and escrowed cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else without my own (I.Hunter#6679) permission first. Anyone found breaching this will have their own licence revoked.

16. South Yorkshire Police

You are not allowed to make any South Yorkshire Police stuff with my models

Breaches of these terms

Any breaches of the terms and services will end in a ban and depending on breach, may result in other bans too.

Changes to these terms

BlueLineWorkshop reserves the right to change and edit these Terms of Services at any moment and do not need to provide notice to anyone before doing so.
